GRADE 9 STUDENTS TIMETABLE PICK UP  

New Grade 9 All Saints students and parents are invited to attend on the above date between 11:00 am – 12:30 pm to:

  • Pick up tentative timetables
  • Walk around the school to locate your classrooms before first day of school
  • Locate areas such as Office, Chapel, Learning Commons etc.
  • Guidance Counsellors on site for questions

Period 1             Course Introduction, Outline Day, Locker Distribution

                           Meet fellow students, Parent Information in Learning Commons                                

                           Assembly in Gym

                           Introduction to Admin, Chaplain, Librarian, PST, 

                           And other staff (55 mins)

 

Period 2             Course Intro, Tour School, Locker Visit

                           BBQ LUNCH (1 Hour)

 

Period 3             Course Intro, Scavenger Hunt, Locker Visit

 

Period 4              Course Intro, Question & Answer Period, Review of regular day, locker visits
