Physical Education and Health

The All Saints Catholic Secondary School Physical and Health Education program provided students with the opportunity to participate in a range of diverse activities, including several new initiatives.

Below is a list of forms and resources provided by the Durham Catholic District School Board:

Over the course of the previous school year, students were able to engage in numerous non-traditional physical activities in addition to our more conventional sports.

We would like to inform you of changes to the Physical and Health Education Ministry Guidelines, which will permit students to earn more than one Phys. Ed. credit per school year. We are very excited about this change, as we believe that it will greatly benefit those students who possess a keen interest in physical and health education.

We are proud to announce that All Saints has been officially recognized by the Ministry of Education as a "Healthy School", due to the implementation of several programs, namely our 'Mind, Body, and Spirit Club', our Weight Training Club, and our Breakfast Club. These programs provide both students and staff with opportunities to promote and engage in healthy living.
